Sorry if this is repetitive but I have 2 issues:

1st, I am currently playing an older version of fitgirl repack of Sims 4 which is version 1.77.131 something and I need to update to the latest one. Is there any other options other than reinstalling. Like using any updater tools instead?

2nd, i tried installing the Basemental dr×g mod. I have the Mod folder in documents which contains only a resources package file. I copied all the files properly for basement dr×g and it showed at game startup that the mod is available. Changed the settings to allow custom mods as well. But i can't seem to get the Dr×g option anywhere in the game (phone/pc) and also can't assign any npc as dealer. Help!!
