Stream ultra cannot be daisychained
I was just told by EcoFlow that I cannot use their parallel cable cable to connect my 3 stream Ultra because I am in the USA. I can only use Distributed Method. WTF? Anyone here in the USA that has more than 1?

No Intelligent mode in App
I live in the USA and I have Stream Ultra and
Shelly Pro 3EM
In the app I only see self powered mode and custom. No intelligent mode. Visit becuase I’m in the US or is it because it does t work on Stream Ultra or some other reason?

Hi guys, newbie here who just got the EZ1-LV. For the life of me, I cannot figure out bring it online. I downloaded the app, was able to add it via scan and/or Bluetooth but it wouldn’t power on in the app. In the app it says it’s connected to my WiFi but it stays in Direct mode. If I try to power it on, it says “Device failed to operate”
When I plugged in the solar cable, I can see the LED blinking slow green. I tried transferring the solar cables between ports 1 and 2 already. The solar panel works because I’m using it in my solar generator and it meets the vic snd vmp. Help please? Apsystems has not replied at all
