[US] Experience with using Revolut for USD to EUR conversion?

Hello, I am super unfamiliar with online banking so I am hoping this post will give me some better insight.

In short, I am looking for a banking service that will allow me to easily send and convert USD (from an American bank) to EUR (to an IBAN) twice a month. This would be to pay my partner the rent each month so under 1K.

A couple of years ago I tried N26 but perhaps I didn't know what I was doing and it felt the app was charging me a high service fee for sending such little money. Some folks have recommended I try Revolut too.

As of right now, I have been withdrawing cash each time to pay for rent so I know the exact conversion rate of USD to EUR. I worry if I get a banking service I will have to include extra $$ incase the exchange rate goes up.

Anyways, if anyone else has experience doing the same please let me know.
