Right now I have 1g symmetrical service with cogeco. I got an email stating I could upgrade to 2gig symmetrical for $5 more a month. I had concerns that my modem is only a 1 GbE copper port but their support says it will work with 2GbE. Obviously this is incorrect. Ideally I want a modem with SFP+ that i can put in bridge mode. 10Gbe copper port is second best solution as my router is all fiber and right now I am using a copper to fiber adapter for my router.

I just picked up a new iDS-9632NXI-P8 and I have 8 x 22TB HDD. I have read that the max is 20TB but has anyone successfully used 22TB with any hikvision NVR? I bought these HDD last year when prices were reasonable. Will be recording 16 x 8MP dome and 4 x tandemvu PTZ.
