It appears to say that she was baptised as Concetta Agata Maria, as well as Agata Carmela Grazia. Is that correct? If so, why would this happen? I've never seen this before.

Hi Everyone, I was able to locate a document from 1925 on FamilySearch that was not available until April of this year. It provides some basic information about its contents, but the image is not available and doesn't exist anywhere else online.
