Xbox Mode delivers performance boosts on PC, but mostly for Nvidia cards

If you have an Nvidia card, you're in luck. Optimisation seems pretty dodgy for AMD cards. At 1440p, Xbox Mode was delivering a WORSE average framerate than standard desktop mode.

EA showed an F1 25 demo with path tracing on PS5 Pro at GDC 2026. It was essentially a showcase of EA's upcoming in-house path tracing tech, but pretty wild that the PS5 Pro can do path tracing, even if at 30fps. Makes me really excited about PS6.
