I heard some different people mention that people are preparing kegel exercises and perenial massage to avoid tears? Is this common?

I recently bought myself an extra switch so I could play with my boyfriend and we could trade (he has leaf green). Also I havent played red since I was a child so its a lot of nostalgia!

My original goal was to get every pokemon with their final evolution! I understand it is a lot of grinding, and some of them are endgame (like getting all the eevelotions) but its really no problem because i travel a lot to work via train and buss, and can grind a lot then.

My issue is that I have a lot of lvl 20-30 pokemons but none of them are really any good or high level. Im having trouble deciding on a core team to take to the end of the game, and I keep switching them in and out.

I also havent played the end content ever and try not to see any walktrough videos.

I keep googling what is the best pokemons and best team compositions, and found out im probably spending twice the amount of time contemplating and researching instead of actually playing the game.

This is combined with the fact that i try not to google how the game ends,I just get a lot of vauge ideas on what movetypes I need and I keep switching out my team as i collect new pokemons. Also I see people recommending not to use certain pokemons over others.

I also really dont like some of the pokemons because they are ugly or big and bulky like jynx, abra, nidoking, (which are some of the recommended pokemons I see people talk about). I try them out bit then its like meeehh, and I go back to raichu or ninetales. But then i see that their stats are so much lower than Jolteon and Charizard.

At this point im considering starting over and only leveling and catching a few pokemons.

I am at the safari zone now, and have caught everyone available to me so far including tauros, chansey, scyther

Please tell me Im overthinking this and that i can win the game with any pokemons i prefer 😅😵
