I’m looking for a place to rent where I’m from a lot of places are listed on marketplace. I’m looking for a 1bd or studio with a yard and that accept pets. I’m moving from El Paso tx. Anything I should look out for. I want a pretty safe place.

Looking to travel in south texas area and all things pedi. Any recommendations?

So I started my first travel contract. Well Ive seen some unsafe things and I guess im not sure what to do or how to go about it. I want to be a better nurse so if you can give me advice and how to do things better I’d appreciate it. Well the first thing that made me very frustrated is this place does narc count on paper where you sign. Well the nurse tells me that they used my id for narc count. I got very frustrated because well every hospital I worked at we follow very strict rules and we don’t ever do that also duh nurse diversion. I reported this to my Recuiter. She said bring it up to the director. Which I did. She told me that they haven’t been a full unit because they have been losing staff so they have just been getting anyone they can.
2nd one nurse showed up to the unit when 2 were scheduled well there was a total of 4 pt and getting admission 1 pt was IMC but should’ve been ICU. Well this pt had been desattin into the 50s and sustaining anyways they told the nurse they would bring someone that could possibly help but couldn’t take patients.
There are other instances but I’m just feeling unsafe. Am I over reacting. I know what I’m doing I just think they allow things that aren’t right maybe I’ve worked at to many places that are strict idk. Any advice.

I have a 4bd 2.5 bath house on the far east side close pebble hills high. We are pet friendly up to 4 small dogs. We also accept cats. It has a washer and dryer in the house. 2,000 a month deposit is same as the rent. Available August 1st.
