My gf moved here from Japan almost 2 years ago. One year in, she started experiencing a lot of hair loss. Prior to this, she just had such thick beautiful hair. It looks like she's literally lost about half of her hair.

I looked into some of the dietary differences, and one of the things that we added to her diet was silica. We recently added zinc with copper as well.

The area we live is a little less sunny than her experience in Japan, so we also got her on D3 and K2. She also takes a ton of biotin and a sufficient amount of other b vitamins.

We installed a water filtration system in the shower, and I've been encouraging her to use low chemical products in shampoo and conditioners, and lower chemical laundry detergents and soaps.

She is still shedding. When we first started dating, I found it so odd that whenever we hung out even though she had this long thick beautiful hair, I would never find it anywhere in my car or my place.

Only the last six to eight months has it been showing up a lot.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated - whether it be supplements or diets or whatever. I'm sure she can't be the only person that's come from Japan to the United States and lost a ton of hair and then figured out how to get it back.

Update 7/30: We got a blood test done. Awaiting results. I'll post it here. Going to throw some iodine and iron at it in the mean time.

Man Rothrock plays hard. Most of the team looks like ass, but that guy goes 180% the whole frickin time. Was such a joy to watch. He reminds me of Brad Evans when we had that crappy stretch with Sigi over a decade ago. He just always put his heart in to it.

WOW and B Schmetz got a yellow??? That's INCREDIBLE.

The entire sounders staff and bench just looks so ... defeated. It's sad. In my opinion, it's only what 4 losses and we are still creating scoring chances which is good, I am certain Schmetz will turn it around soon. I have full faith in that guy. I love how he takes responsibility, never blames anybody, heck his philosophies have helped me with my own life and outlook.

I am able to swap out a really good primary attack 2 star gem grim rhythm @ lvl 5, so it has the 10% magic find, possibly with a 3 star rank 4 hellbound desire (or whatever the new gem is called). Since it's not r5, it won't have the MF bonus.

How big of a difference is this going to make? I've tried to keep high MF but I have most of the essences I want, and I really only hope to get some good rune drops or more elite mobs.

I would say one of the most consistent things for me is eating Taco Bell before I go to sleep. My BMI is 28 so I'm not like significantly overweight, or underweight.

Why does Taco Bell help so much???

The reason I couldn't see it is because technically it's the 2nd to last defender, since the goalie is included.

Which immediately makes me think .. why wouldn't this be exploited constantly by pulling the goalie up? 😂😂 Before all free kicks, the defense lines up (goalie included) and right before kicking, they all lunge forward to make everyone offsides.

How does it look today? I'm on Khalim's Will, aka hand of justice cluster. According to some quick googling as of June, 2025 it's a very low pop cluster.

I'd like to move to something more active but I'm not hyper competitive and I like friendly people.

What's your suggestion?

I play odd hours, was wondering which west coast server had the best pop? Tired of the server feeling dead 70% of the time I play.

Is there a way to check populations? I also have a great warband which would suck to leave.

Does server cluster effect the market as well?
