Brand new to lotro

I played WoW for over 15 years and after a few years break decided to give lotro a go.

In regards to the questline, I’m currently a hobbit, following the Epic quest line, which I feel is the ‘main story’ ?

Is this the right way to go to enjoy the game for the first time?

I’m doing a few side quests here and there too, just want to make sure I get the most out of my first playthrough!

Loving it so far … just exploring and doing stuff.

I wake up every morning with back pain

I wake up every morning with back pain/tightness in my middle left side of my back.

The pain increases when contracting to the side. As you can see in the video I can stretch a lot further down to the right as I can to the left. Where I pause it where it hurts and feels tight.

I’m fairly active, gym, tennis, walking, cycling.
I sit and stand for work at a desk.

After a few hours the pain/tightness subsides a bit, almost disappearing.

Any help, please?
