Hello just checked our pldt optical reading and its -27.70 which is higher than the usual -8 to -27 dBm. Ano pong dapat gawin dito? Kailangan ba nilang palitan yung line/ connection sa NAP box? Pinalitan na nila yung router namin pero paulit ulit pa rin yung PON blinking.

As the title says, I'm not sure if it's just our area (Manila area) or if it’s because of the monsoon season that's causing the PLDT signal to be on and off for the past 2 weeks. They have already visited and replaced the router (that might be the issue) but the on and off occurrences are still the same.

I'd like to ask if it's normal for the internet light on the router to go out frequently? From time to time, I lose my signal with PLDT about 8 times a day, but it comes back. I'm not sure if it's because of the storm or if there's a problem with our line.. Is anyone experiencing this too?
