"Switch to T-Mobile?" pop-up

Just picked up my phone to a pop-up asking me to switch to T-Mobile. The pop-up can't be dismissed. The text:

>Switch to T-Mobile?

>Your phone will restart to complete T-Mobile setup. During setup, T-Mobile apps and features will be installed. Some apps from your previous service provider that are no longer needed will be removed, but your personal data and files will remain safe.

And then only two selectable options, Emergency call and Restart and switch.

This seems pretty legitimate but I just wanted to know if anyone else has gotten the same thing.

Is it ToH?

The sapling is small, probably about 8-10 feet tall and a little over an inch in diameter. There's one main sapling and a few smaller shoots that all look to be coming from the same root. If it is Tree of Heaven, would sawing it at the base and painting the stump with herbicide be enough to kill it?

I tried the PBJ+Egg from that one post

Didn't have cream cheese so I couldn't do an authentic recreation. It's not bad, but it doesn't add much to either the PBJ or the egg. You can barely taste the egg, in fact. Maybe the cream cheese is a vital part of the experience.
