Happened to spot a White throated Kingfisher outside my Window chilling in the rain while ,below it runs a hustling busling major road.
It was a bit far almost 200 metres away , hence captured it through my Monocular and Mobile phone.
I was lucky to see it for approx 30 mins, have shared intresting moments, please excuse for the long video.

Came across this beautiful large Indian Violet Tarantula on my jungle trek .It was almost 5-6 inches in span.
It calmly sat on the jungle floor, thus i managed to get some interesting Images..

Check out in the same frame , the Sealink, the Arabian Sea on the horizon , a passing ship on the horizon, a flight just taken off from the airport and the buildings in Powai, Santacruz, Khar, juhu & Bandra West. All seen from Mulund Hills about 22 Km away.
That particular day it was not too hazy , but we had a violent cross wind

Spotted a Sub - Adult Russels Viper, on my jungle trek.
A few days ago , while on a Jungle trek in Sanjay Gandhi National Park, Mumbai, I was lucky enough to see a Indian Black Kite swoop down to catch a Snake ( mostly a Vine tree snake ) and land down on a nearby branch and have sit down for a meal.
As soon as I saw the Bird I sat down in the middle of the Jungle , the Bird soon started calling loudly. I enjoyed the sight for almost 20 mins.
