It was popular and still is among some diehards to hate on microtransactions, but I really miss this level of customization especially in this game because all the base weapons looks so horribly uninspired.

Pick up any live-service game, and you'll struggle to meet players that stick to default cosmetics. People like this stuff, and it would be a shame to miss out on income just to virtue signal to a vocal minority of live-service haters.

I've been playing the game as a solo shell. Want to try running with in a small team of two.
