Acer nitro 5, repasted but nothing

Laptop over heated a few months ago and finally got round to renewing the thermal paste and cleaning it up. All seemed ok inside, past was still wet in places on GPU and CPU, cleaned up and renewed anyway while I was there and when I know turn it on the fans start up, keyboard lights up and I get a single flash on the screen but nothing else. Plugged into an external monitor and nothing. No display, have tried FN+F5/F6 nothing. Tried window key, shift, crtl, B to reset graphics card. Nothing.

Anyone any last ideas before it goes for recycling?

Help needed

Hello all, new to the community but has a nitro 5 since 2020, amazing little work horse that just rocks however sadly it has stopped working

I was playing farm sim 25 (no judgement please) when it crashed. Restarted the laptop and could only get into the bios restarted and now it’s dead. Keyboard light comes on but that’s sort of it.

I have tried
Reseating and cleaned the RAM
Reseating and cleaned by 2 x 1TB SSD

Removed CMOS battery and reconnected

Tried resetting the graphic (W+crtl+shift+B)
Holding the power button for 60 seconds

It is currently on charge as the battery is now dead and we will see if it restarts but I don’t think it will so any advice please comment asap missing my farm!!
