Just want to check, most interviews for degree holders male candidates are usually tougher and in some cases quite toxic compared to female / diploma holders etc?

Especially those male interviewers who like to "suan" or look down on you during the interview session? Why is there a need to do that?

I also remembered as a fresh grad, got into an interview with MOE. But the panel of interviewers are like boomers. When asked if I had any experiences of teaching, I told them my private tutoring experience and one old lady said tutoring is not counted. Then what the fark is considered as a related experience?! And whenever I watched news of pervertic teachers in shady business with their students I lol and think those interviewers caused this to happen.

Remembered another time many years back to gain admission into SMU. The interviewer asked personal question if I'm attached and how I know my other half. Told them through dating app, the interviewer laughs hard and say the relationship won't last. WTF. Recently, a news reported most couples got to know each other through dating apps. Feel like going back to the SMU interviewer and said "Hey boomer look at this article and suck it hard!" I wonder if he is divorced right now. Who knows he might got a mistress through dating apps as well and kena big time from his wife. SMU please raise your interviewers standards. So low ses.
