The last Merit for computational statistics& data analytics is 63 something but my merit is 75.96% then why didn't I get my name on the list😭?? Please tell me why the hell is that???

Is there not going to be 4th merit list for business analytics morning?? And computational statistics & data analytics as well??

So I gave ecat 2 and got 244 with aggr 72.04, can anyone tell me if I can get into CE OR EE?? also I applied for business program before my ecat result came. Do I have to pay fee again to apply in engineering programs?? Or can I pay 1500 and edit my application?
