600 km till 23 of May
Hello folks, I wanted to run 5 km daily in 2026. Though I wasn’t able to maintain it every single day, from January to March I ran 5K daily and even completed some 10K and 13K runs too. Till yesterday, I have covered 600 km, and during this journey I reduced my weight drastically — around 20 kg.(Am 6"3 n wait was 105 n now it is 85 86) Now I feel fitter, more energetic, and I’m also experiencing better focus and attention, and also getting more attention.
