We have a lender currently thats not a bank but a lender for middle market mid size SMEs , We are in a factoring facility with them and average apy is around 13 to 15% per year , We have strong personal credit , good balance sheet , credit insurance on receivables and so on but no real estate . Would love to know any references or recommendation on what options are available in market for cheaper APYs like under 10%.
