Dropping nap during regression? I’m
Hi!
I have a 4 month 1 week old who is currently dealing with the 4 month sleep regression. She is waking up frequently at night when she had been sleeping well, not going down, etc. I have the 3/4 month ebook so we have done the steps in the book but always end up having to soothe her by holding. She is harder to console as well.
Before the regression she was sleeping 715 ish - 5 am. We would do a dream feed around 945/10. However, she always woke up at 445/5 and we struggled to get her to her 615 wake up unless we held her.
My main question is, is it time to drop to 3 naps or is that a bad idea to do during the regression? We had planned to drop them a few days ago but then decided to try to get through the regression before we do. But then I read people never really get past the regression until they sleep train so I am not really sure. Thoughts on dropping to 3 naps now or waiting?
Thanks!!

I was hesitant to go to a gym like golds or VASA due to the gym bro culture but I tried VASA out and of course the second time I’m in the sauna after getting a membership there are some dudes being homophobic and using derogatory slurs to reference LGBTQ+ people.
Really disheartening and wondering if any folks have any good experiences at any of the gyms in the area.

wsbtv.comFormula smells spoiled?
Hi all!
New mom here and we are just starting our formula journey. When I open the formula can, it doesn’t really have a good or bad smell. However, I’ll make a bottle and within like 10-20 minutes of the formula being in the bottle it smells bad. The best way to describe the smell is like sour. I have seen posts with people describing that it smells bad but I’ve never seen it described as sour.
In case this part is relevant:
When making the bottle I use a sterilized bottle and parts as I have a washer/sterilizer/dryer. I put reverse osmosis filtered water in the bottle and then put the water in the bottle warmer to heat it up. Then I scoop the formula in the warmed water and shake it well with the cap.
Is the smell normal or is there something wrong with the formula or way I’m handling it?
Thanks for any advice!
