I'm in need of finding internet cafes, cowork spaces or any space in Coimbatore where I can get 100 mbps and higher internet speed. I'm in need of this higher speed for completing the payment of an application that is purely time and luck based due to a quota present in the application requests acceptable by the website, which has been slipping away from my fingers in mere 15-30 minutes of the time window. Imagine it to be an application such as a tatkal ticket booking experience. I need the space only for maximum 45 minutes.

I’m applying for a CIMEA Statement of Comparability for my Italy student visa process and I’m facing a few issues. I would really appreciate guidance from anyone who has already completed the process.

1. Graduation Date vs Award Date confusion

I’m unsure which dates should be entered in the following fields:

Graduation Date

Award Date

The dates mentioned across my documents are slightly different:

Original degree certificate - says I passed in April 2024, but the document is dated as 'October 2024' - while CIMEA asks for dd/mm/yyyy format

Transfer Certificate (TC) - has my 'enrolled date' and 'leaving date'

Affiliated college-issued certificate - same as my 'leaving date as printed din the TC'

While my actual graduation took place on 24th June 2024

Which document’s date should ideally be used for these fields?

2. Study Path section confusion

In the “Study Path” section, should I:

Include the diploma/degree currently being assessed again (the education I passed in April 2024), or

Mention only my Upper Secondary education (12th standard)?

I’m confused about how detailed this section should be.

3. Payment error after completing application

Whenever I try to proceed to payment, I get an error saying that some required fields/documents are missing or invalid (attached screenshot).

I already:

Checked all entries multiple times

Recreated the draft once from scratch

Uploaded all requested documents

One thing I did not upload is a translation document, because all my documents are already fully in English. Could that still be causing the issue? Should I make a document on my own stating that no translation document coz all are in english only?

Has anyone faced this before? Any help would be appreciated. Today had been my day 5th of trying all sorts of strategies to make the payment.

I am in need of procuring HRD attestation for my educational documents, for study visa purposes.

My post got removed from r/cbe coz I feel whoever is the mod personal hates me or something, always removing my post alone. Several times.

I know that we should apply and upload the documents on the e-sanad website, but I am facing some issues that are yet to be resolved by my university 's CoE.

The visa checklist also cites that the HRD attestation received other than the E- Sanad method is accepted, but I am not able to find the steps to do this 'other method' (idk how to make this sound not illegal).

Is there anyone who has gone through this procedure for their own situations? Please help me out if you know or someone you had known had got them done.

Also, is there anyone here in this sub who had procured a Declaration of Value certificate for Italian study visa ?
