Hey yall, I recently saw a post of someone (ill make sure to credit you once I find that post again) and he claimed to have found the alleged supplier for some of the biggest rep glasses sellers. (For GM)
I decided to buy 3 pairs to see if the quality holds up.

**Models:** GM Rococo, Southside-N, and Numer.
**Price:** I paid around €27 per glasses so not bad (way cheaper than the middlemen sellers, they offered about €40-50 per glasses)).
**Shipping:** Just used my agent, idek if this seller offers direct shipment. Note: my agent removed 2 of the boxes due to a miscommunication?, but everything arrived safe.

**Quality & Build:**
Out of all he three southsideN was my favorite of the bunch. The weight is perfect and the acetate feels great, not like that cheap plastic, I was very surprised with the quality ngl. Only thing I was kinda disappointed about was the hinge of the rococo glasses closes a bit rougher on the right side than on the left side, but on all of the other glasses they are perfect.

**Accuracy:** the engravings and all the details is as far as I can see the same as retail (compared to retail pics), but id love to hear your thoughts on that.

**Packaging:** Comes with the full GM box set, cleaning cloth, and authenticity cards.

UV-Test: I ran a **UV400 test** on all three pairs using a UV flashlight and testing strips. And they all passed, (surprisingly.)

**The quality**
These feel really solid in hand. They feel heavy and the materials feel and look good. The hinges have good resistance although the right one is more resistant than the other but they are overall smooth
The Glasses case is the worst tho. Its your typical 20 cny glass case and that model is the worst. CH has different types of glasses cases and this one is by far the most annoying to use.

The engravings on the side look good to me but they are sometimes not as sharp(?). compared to retail pics they look good. The metal nose pads are very good aswell

Lenses
I didnt order a pair with custom glasses. These only have UV400 protection and I tested them with a UV light and test strips (which they passed).

Honestly, I'm really happy with these. And communication with the seller was also smooth. I think it’s a solid pair, but id like to hear your thoughts and possible flaws you see

To be clear: this isn’t an ad. Nor is it an attack.

I’ve been looking at products from cupid lately and decided to just reverse imaged on Ta0bao. That’s when I came across this other seller that confusingly uses the same “model” as cupid but unblurred face.
Afterwards I noticed that nearly 90% of the catalog is identical to cupid’s same items, same photos, and the exact same blurred model in the product photos.

I haven’t copped from either yet, but I’m planning to buy the same piece from both to do a side-by-side comparison on fabric weight, stitching, and tags. To see if theyre really the same.
The confusing part is that both sellers are posting their own "production progress" videos and photos. (Although Lulumade Homme has more detailed production posts) If they are both "making" the items, why is the photography and the catalog a 1 to 1 match?
I’m not saying for sure Cupid is reselling, but the pricing and the "same model" photos make it look like one of them is just the source and the other is a markup.

Has anyone actually compared these in hand? I'm trying to figure out if we're paying tax on cupid for possibly same batch as this ta0bao seller is moving.

First Impressions
Purchased for 410 CNY from Jenny. And having used the V5.3 TB previously, I honestly think the V5.3 is just better value.

Packaging: Th package is almost perfect with some barely noticeable font flaws, and it was plastic-wrapped (Apple has moved to paper pull-tabs).

Build & Connectivity: The case hinge is perfect and even better than the V5.3. It connects instantly with the right pop up animations and it has smooth transitions between MacBook and iPhone (which the 5.3 couldnt).

The silicone ear tips were a nightmare tho and it took nearly an hour to snap them on.

Audio: Quality is decent, though the bass feels thinner compared to the V5.3.

ANC: Its okay, but noticeably weaker than retail or the V5.3. You need to turn the volume up to really remove all noise.
Transparency: Meh, its usuable, but it lacks the retail clear transparency mode.

Functionality & Mic:
The stem controls are responsive but have only minor delays, a bit better than the 5.3.
The mic quality is surprisingly decent, but it isnt that good. Definitely way better than the 5.3.

Head Tracking: I was super surprised that this feature works. It works very well.
Spatial Audio:Honestly cant hear that much of a difference between Spatial audio and normal audio.

Battery: The battery is worse than the V5.3 with just 5-6 hours capacity compared to 7-8 hours per charge, with the case having about 3–4 refills.

Final thoughts:
The cons weigh more than the pros with this one compared to the V5.3, the weaker ANC and bass make and lower battery capacity makes it more of a downgrade. So I recommend to just stick with the V5.3 for now or wait for the V7/V8.

Branding: The "T" logo ia as far as I can tell looking good (compared to retail pics). They do have a but discoloring? Like the gold has some grey parts like the gold is faded a way a bit on some parts. The "T*m F*rd" etching on the lens is subtle and idk if its accurate tbh, id love to hear your thoughts on that.
Lenses: For my first order I didn’t choose for any custom lenses so these just came with regular UV 400 protection. I did do a test with a blacklight and strips and the results are good.
The glasses fit well for me.
Packaging: Came with the full retail-style box, velvet case, cleaning cloth, and authenticity card. Case feels premium, although the TF lettering does seem a bit thin on them, but overall very good.

Final Thoughts:
Overall, I'm really happy with these. For the price and quality, I think its okay.

I was looking for a good RL seller and found in another sub that kkwhiteco is one of the best (correct me if im wrong). So I got these polos from him and I was very surprised with the quality. I also compared them with an old retail RL polo I had and couldnt spot something different (Logo). Fits TTS (size M).

I got these from another 1688 seller and the quality surprisingly held up well just like kkwhiteco’s

-RL Shorts 8/10
Got these from kkwhiteco asw and they arent that thick and not too thin (but I guess they are supposed to be like that). Logos are as far as I can tell on point, the quality is great and they fit tts (size M)

I chose the Corning glass one (second best) apparently thats the same material as the camera lenses you already have? The set up was pretty easy and it doesnt lower the quality of your camera.

Got these from Mook aswell and I mean its okay, not the best. The jacket itself is very hood but the zipper quality is not the best. The zipper gets stuck easily aswell and its a pain in the ass.

Also from Mook and these are pretty thick and they feel heavy. A bit boxy fit but overall good.
