Or even other options if embroidering isn't the way to go!

I figured I'd ask the hive mind for some help since there are a lot of knowledgeable people here.
I've noticed that at some of the larger LARPs, many groups have custom-painted shields, and it's something I'd absolutely love to get done for my group. Does anyone know of a company, website, or individual who takes shield painting commissions? Is that even a service people offer?
We're looking at something around the size of a kite shield. Unfortunately, nobody in our group, myself included, is particularly talented when it comes to painting, so we'd love to hire someone to do the work for us.
Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated.
