Last year in August I had sex with a female sex worker vaginal with condom on. The condom stayed on the whole time. When I took it off I didn’t clean my self after and went home to shower. Later that week I developed 2 sores in my mouth after that I got stiff shoulders and derealization. 1 week later I developed diarrhea and I hadn’t gone away since August. I am always fatigued and have gotten weird skin issues. Dots and boils here and there for no reason. At first I also had dry mouth. All my symptoms that still persist are daily headaches, shoulder pains, weakness, tingly hands and legs that ache at times, balantis,I get dizzy out of no where. Please help! I am scared to test!

Hello can someone help me understand what’s going on with me
- pressure headaches
- weak legs and arm
- my hands and feet fall asleep for no reason and tingle
- DPDR
- shoulder and neck tension
- pooping yellow diarrhea everyday
- eye pressure
- can’t focus / brain fog
- skin issues red dots on random places
- bottom of my feet and ankles hurt from normal usage
- upper back pain when standing more than 5 minutes

I can’t concentrate at home this is taking over my life can someone please let me know if they’re having the same issues ? And what caused it ?
