Do you know that feeling? You have a project, but your motivation stalls when it comes to implementation?

It's intended to be a low-density, purely residential area. Regional connections will be via the subway (I see a train connection as a burden on the rail network, which is already connected to four other areas).

For example, I'm unsure whether I should build a highway connection from the east side so that service vehicles don't have to use the road network I'm planning from the west.

And then I'm also not sure whether I should even build on the north and east sides, as they are quite steep and 4x4 lots would hardly fit there.

I hope my "dilemma" is understandable and I'm looking forward to some good suggestions.
