What to do in this case?

Recently, I have been receiving frequent high resource usage alerts indicating that the server has been under high load for more than 300 seconds (5 minutes). After reviewing the situation, a Linux system administrator suggested that the issue may be related to a Disk I/O limitation on the VPS.

Could ANYONE here know whether any Disk I/O limits, throttling on my VPS?
