Not losing weight after 3 months - any tips or similar experiences?

I started compounded tirzepatide in early April and have worked my way up to 7mg but have yet to lose significant weight. In early May I was at 156 and yesterday I was at 152 (I usually fluctuate between 150 and 155) I am 33 F and 5'2 and should be around 120 lbs according to doctors.

I'm eating less and sleeping poorly. I track my calories (thoroughly! with a food scale! I know sauces count, snacks count, etc) and usually eat between 1200 and 1500. I walk and bike often (live in NYC and don't have a car), with a min of 7,000 steps per day and usually between 10,000 and 15,000.

In the past when I had been at a lower weight I was in the gym for hours every day, but it's just not possible with my current job. I'm also getting sick often in general, but particularly when I try to increase exercise or cut calories to a strict 1200 or below.

Kind of at my wits end. Did it take anyone else this long to start seeing results? Is there anything major I'm missing? Are there any medical issues that could cause this to not work for me?

I'm really shocked because usually I am very sensitive to medications - I have always had to take the smallest possible dose of antidepressants, ADHD meds, sleep meds, etc and sometimes even the smallest dose was too much for my system to handle. So it has been really strange to have to keep increasing the dose when I see smaller doses work for other people.

I was hoping to feel better about my body this summer so it's a huge bummer to not see any progress. I'm feeling really discouraged.

Tirz shipment delayed in heatwave - still safe to take?

I know most people on reddit say it's okay if it has been at room temperature a few hours but wondering if extreme heat changes things.

I had a vial that was supposed to arrive today from Hallandale and the Fedex person marked a delivery attempt even though I was home and no one rang my buzzer. They're now saying it won't be re-delivered until Saturday and it's 100 degrees in NYC.

I called and they said it would be stored somewhere cool but I honestly don't believe them. Has anyone in hotter climates had something like this happen?
