JuiceBox 40 died after a blackout. Looking for charging opinions

My Enel X juicebox 40 died thanks to a blackout. Charger keeps ramping up the 9.6 KwH but then immediately drops. It then limps to like 2 KwH if left on overnight (blackout happened overnight so i didnt know it was broken until the next night, but it finished charging super slow) Looks like the timing is right of just after 3 years of use. Oh well. I need to do one of three things. Please give me your opinions. Currently out of a job so I am looking for cost effective but also best long term options.

  1. Repair it - Which I am not the biggest fan of since the relay board (thanks to AI, discord, and old reddit posts helping me troubleshoot) looks like the only piece that went bad. longevity doesnt seem the best option here since I hear they can still go bad in the same timeframe and there is still no support for a novice stuck on the old juicebox hardware.

  2. Switch to a NEMA 14-50 outlet and use the mobile charger it came with. Might be the most versatile but i worry about speed of charging (from inexperience of having to charge at slower speeds).

  3. Just buy a new wired in equivalent charger. Worried about the cost of the unit and what it would cost to have someone swap them out. I dont think it would be must since all the wiring is was done from before, but i dont know what is reasonable to get an L2 swapped.

Top of my fold 6 is starting to come up. It sticks if I gently push it back down but does eventually come back up. Any advice? How long does the phone have left? Photos to show.
