Will Bulsiewicz is a quack

All the “science” he’s been sharing on his page as of late are cherry picked studies that conveniently support his new $80 fiber product.

Ordered a supplement and got someone’s check instead

So I ordered a nutritional supplement 2nd day air, and instead I received a large envelope with a check for $986 dollars addressed to some random lady. I spoke to UPS and they said they couldn’t help me.
Oddly the front of the envelope had my sticker on it, but on the pack there was a sticker that had been covered up (I could see through the plain white sticker they placed over it) and that was for the lady whom the check was addressed to. I’ll probably just mail the check to the lady since her address is on it. As for my supplement, guess I’m outta luck unless the company wants to send me another.

Why are digestive enzymes helping me so much?

So I’ve struggled with gut issues my whole life, primarily because of having several courses of antibiotics for Lyme. However bloating was never something I really got, so it didn’t cross my mind to try digestive enzymes. I did try a whole host of probiotics, and maxed fiber which made a slight difference. This week I decided to give this digestive enzyme formula a try, which has a lot of proteolytic enzymes at high dosages. Since using it I’ve noticed my digestion and my mood is soooo much better. It’s even making a big difference in my brain fog. Why is this helping me so much when everything else I tried did so little for me?
