Blown head/gasket 454 salvageable?

Working on a jet boat 454. My buddy claims his friend took it out and played with the timing. Well it blew the head between cylinders 2 and 4. My questions are 1 is it safe to just fix or replace the head or is the damge to the piston too bad? 2 do you think its more cost effective to weld and machine the head or just replace?

[Bug] can't buy ftom lightkeeper

Can't get the sacred amulet from lk. Tried four times 3 intel and 1000 usd in stash, on me, 3 folders 1002usd on me. None of it works what am i doing wrong. Tried both in and out of secure.

2019 civic type r morning soot?

So well maintained 2019 ctr after being parked over night this soot is on the floor where it was parked. No idea what is doing this.
