First 3rd party air band has arrived

Arrived from AliExpress. As good as the actual Fitbit air performance band the charcoal one but obviously doesn't have the metal clasp of the actual Stephen curry edition and also doesn't have the rubber ribs on the interior that that band has. This much I guessed even though listing in AliExpress show otherwise.

I have the black armband showing up on the 30th so I'll report back what that looks like when it's here.

7/10.

Roll out Health Ai Globally for the app

I am in the Middle East and we are a growing community of FitBit Air users here that are using the GoogleHealth app and we all would like to use the health Ai coach. A timeline or roadmap to when it will be available here would help especially since Gemini and it's ancillaries are all active here.

There are other apps that port the data of Google Health on the play store that also provide this service so why it can't be done for Google Health's global roll out without much delay is beyond me even if it requires approval from health authorities here which I doubt considering the other apps in the ecosystem but even if it did, Google has a humongous office here packed full of people and I see no reason not to dedicate some people to getting this up on going.

Battery life on latest update

I moved from the apple ecosystem earlier this year after having used it since the original iPhone 3G. Delightful phone. Love the vivo x300 and was surprised to find that the ecosystem was mature and support was good. The battery life was stellar. Something happened in this last update May '2026 thats tanked the battery. Like literally I would go from full charge to 20% drain with good usage having minimum of 3-4 hours of SOT and suddenly. 1-2 hours SOT and the battery is down 30%.

Anyone else facing this? Btw, all settings were higher then normal in those months, perhaps I have to be more conservative, like turn of SOT, Ultra HD etc etc but sad, I hope they are listening and will do better going forward.

Quick Update: It's much better after a restart and closing all apps and turning off aod and a few apps that post the update was draining resources. Much better today.

Got mine yesterday❤️

So happy to have received this in the middle east yesterday.

Very inconspicuous design. Set and forget it seems. Light and comfortable. Really dig how it feels compared to my Amazfit Square 2, Apple Watch, Whoop etc. I think I'll be settling for what this means overall. Sleep data was great for last night. Step data accurate so far.

Have you guys tested it with swimming? I haven't yet but it's something I enjoy doing. Also in our region we don't have AI coach so I don't know when that will come here or if I will like it or not.

Really looking forward to owning, calibrating and using the information this will provide.
