Best Mexican restaurant in FM area

The post about Mango's closing in Moorhead got me thinking, in your opinion where is the best Mexican food in the area and why? What's your favorite thing on the menu?

I'm going with Plaza Azteca. Food is amazing, prices are good, service is always really fast even when they're slammed. They have fresh habanero salsa if you ask (you can really taste the flavor of the peppers, it's fuckin' good). Favorite menu item probably the san Jose burrito.

I always plan to eat half my food and bring leftovers home.

There are never any leftovers.

Spring cleaning trash pickup week find - Hamer Slammer strat

A co-worker found this out on a boulevard during spring cleaning week. Gave it to me and said here you go, it's either a free guitar or actual garbage.

A little bit of cleaning and elbow grease later and it actually plays really nice. Threw on a cheap set of light strings, blocked the trem, havent gotten all the way done with the setup yet but it's close enough. Only actual issues were one of the bridge posts was lifting a little, so I wicked some glue into the seam and tapped it back down. So far so good. And the jack needed some attention.

The color scheme reminds me of a frog or turtle or something. Thinking maybe a tortoiseshell pickguard might look good.
