Hi,
I have two steaks I want to cook in the oven but I don’t know what temperature or how to cook them.
I don’t own a cast iron skillet 🍳 and I DONT WANT TO SEAR THE 🥩 meat, so how do I cook these steaks in an oven.
P.S I don’t want to sear them and I don’t have a cast iron skillet. Any tips on how to bake or cook a steak in the oven will be appreciated thanks.
Since spring began I’ve had tiny bugs in my house, these little bugs are tiny under a 2.5mm. They are brown and or rusty colored.
Looks like a beetle, 🪲 I’ve smashed a couple and they have a pungent smell. I live in the Atlantic north east. I need to know if they are dangerous, if they are going to eat my house(wood).
If they are not harmful to people and property I’ll just ignore them because so far I’ve not been bitten, but I did feel them crawling on me while asleep. I see a couple of them in my house every other day since spring begun.
For the record I only smashed a couple by accident, I didn’t harm them out of malice, they tend to crawl on me while am asleep. So instinctively I grab/smashed them when I felt them crawling on my skin

I love animals and the only reason why I know how they smell like is that when they crawl on me I instinctively grabbed/smashed them and they have a very strong smell, so far I’ve not seen any bites.
