Gen 2 Prius not starting, but dash lights up
Everything lights up (including the triangle of death) and the windows move a lot slower. It takes about 20-40 tries to get it to turn over, and it usually results in some ritual of opening and closing my door until it comes back to life... It's a new 12v battery too. Always starts with a jump however. Any ideas on what's going on?
