The Walking Dead series is my comfort show & fear is not the greatest. There are some parts I don’t really get into, but I still enjoy it.
I understand why he did this, he figures he’s saving his own life at this point, but I’m on my fifth watch and I feel differently about all the characters every time I watch it. I really wish Rick had killed Negan. And it was just really shitty for him to try & let Maggie die after everything he did. He deserves to die. There was a time that I forgave him and I thought he could be redeemed, but the more I’ve watched the show there’s no excuse for what he did.
I just finished my third watch. Yes, it gets a little boring and close to unwatchable in some parts of the later seasons. But it really is one of the greatest shows of the last 20 years. I think it has one of the best emotional last episodes that could ever exist on TV. I love the show. Yes it was confusing and who knows what’s going on at some points, but by the end, hopefully you know what’s going on and it’s just unlike anything else. I had to watch it the second time to really understand and several years later now I watched it again and it’s so good. I will probably never watch it again, but it totally satisfied me this time.
