Would love recommendations for any handy tools you use as a birth doula. Pocket guides or things like that!

My Ozempic is sitting in my fridge but I’m so scared to start. Nervous about the side effects like nausea etc. I’ve been trying so hard to lose the weight but it is not budging and I have my wedding in 18 months 😭.
