I'm giving away lifetime Pro of my new tab extension to anyone who tries it and leaves honest feedback

Hey everyone,

I'm a solo dev and I've been building ZenStack, a new tab extension that turns your new tab into a dashboard. It has Kanban-style bookmark boards, optional live stock watchlists, and a few wallpapers/themes. Bookmarks stay in your browser, nothing gets uploaded.

It's been live for a bit but I have way more users than reviews, and reviews are basically everything for a small extension on the store. So here's the deal:

Try it out, and if you leave an honest review on the Chrome Web Store (good or bad, I just want real feedback), I'll give you lifetime Pro for free. Pro unlocks unlimited boards, links, watchlists and all the wallpapers.

How to claim:

  1. Install it and use it for a day or two

  2. Leave a review on the store

  3. DM me the email you signed into the extension with and I'll flip your account to Pro

Honest critical reviews are totally fine, I'd rather hear what's broken than get fake stars. Thanks for reading.

Made a free Chrome new tab that shows my watchlist prices without opening a finance site - looking for feedback

Not financial advice, not a trading tool - just sharing something I built for myself.

I'm one of those people who checks the same 8 -10 tickers multiple times a day. Opening Yahoo or my broker app every time felt like overkill. So I put a live watchlist on my new tab page in Chrome.

It's called ZenStack. Every new tab shows my bookmark boards (organized kanban-style) and a watchlist with current price, daily %, and a sparkline. There's a portfolio section too if you want to see total value and daily P&L - again, just for glancing, not for making trades.

Data comes from Yahoo Finance. Updates when you open a tab. Bookmarks and portfolio info stay local.

Free tier lets you track 10 tickers on one watchlist. I also built bookmark management stuff around it because I needed that too.

Solo indie project, ~100 users. Would love to hear from people who'd actually use this - is 10 tickers enough? Is new tab the right place for this or is it annoying?

Chrome Web Store: search "ZenStack" or zenstack.space
