Reta, then…

Hey all 👋🏽 Just about to hit fat loss goal and will be titrating down to a maintenance dose of Reta (primarily for its other benefits), and would now like to build a little more muscle back - nothing crazy, just some fullness back in my glutes, quads and arms (I lost a little muscle mass with Reta too, along with the menopause fat.) Anyone able to share experiences on either Ipa, CJC or Tessa in building muscle, and opinions on which might be best? I’m 52F. Long time gym goer and can still lift reasonably well, just wanting that extra help 😉 Nutrition is dialled in - could stand to lose maybe only 1-2kg more (in the lower belly ideally- why oh why can’t we spot lose? Lol)

Norm, and Slip Slop Slap

So, my partner of nearly a decade just dropped in convo that his cousin was the artist of the cartoons behind ‘Norm’ (Life. Be In It) and Slip Slop Slap! Gobsmacked! I proceeded to recite the entire Slip Slop Slap jingle (complete with lisp!). Great campaigns, both… they should be brought back!

“How They Get You”

Chris Kohler’s book - highly recommend. Great read with some really interesting marketing and economic strategies explained simply, and entertainingly.
