So lately i have been trying to recover my suspended account meta has deleted with literally nooo reason. I tried to use their AI support chatbot which is absolutely waste. Then i thought to purchase meta verified and it was worth 699/- i could connect with agents i mean human agents. Then??
Then they keep on saying this is special case 🤣 which needs a in depth review which even if i believe should be reviewed in 7 days or or 14 or at least 30? But no its been 40 days and now my subscription is over. So i tried to reach on same ticket which is open since May 10 & couldn’t open the ticket just see in list.
I decided to get the subscription back & this time its worth 1599/-. I purchased again. I tried taking someone and guess what? I got exactly same response that it’s special case bla bla bla
So now 10th July is approaching and I have 136 days for review of my account then there is no way to go back(as per insta notifications i got)
I think they will either give me solution on 136th day or they are just playing bluff with me so they can be benefited. 1599/- is not huge amount i know but we all the amount of users insta is suspending these days.
Thoughts???
