How can I start improving my guitar playing?

Playing for around a year and a half but I feel like I barely made any progress.
My fav bands are erra and invent animate but Im not sure where to start with learning their songs."
Everything feels way too hard for me attempt or too fast to pick up on by ear.( Even at 0.5x speed....)
How did you all get to where you are now? What did you practice or work on first.

Is this CPU bundle from newegg a safe buy?

https://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails?ItemList=Combo.4877851

Seems like a great deal but Ive heard that newegg isnt the best when it comes to returning faulty items. Its also shipped and sold directly by them and not a third party seller.

Im also buying it from newegg's store front on amazon's website, I just checked newegg's site to make sure its not a thirdparty on their end.

Yay or nay?

Should I go with a cheaper ssd and stock cooler to get a Better GPU?

Building my first pc, the gpu options for me right now are between the 16gb 9060 xt and the 8gb 5060ti variants or even the regular 5060. The only problem is that with the 9060 I can only afford a 256gb ssd and stock cpu cooler.

Current build link:
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/WbxWrG (Case is a price place holder for another one on amazon.)

Any advice? That seems to be the only affordable and modular A tier psu I could find aswell .

First time builder, let me know if this build is good or if you'd improve anything or go am5 for this price range.

Part list:
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/6qqGkD

Can I get a good am5 build for this same budget?

I plan on using this for gaming.

Apex, val, minecraft and roblox for now.

Im from the caribbean so the only thing that would be cheaper if bought locally/used may be the ssd. Other parts are more expensive locally than online purchase or cost too much for me to be comfortable buying used.

Can anyone help Identify what I'm experiencing (was recommended to post here by r/askpyschiatry)

Requested details from rules: 17 , male, no prior conditions I am aware of, not currently on any medications.

Other things I think may be relevant: I definitely think Ive experienced alot of stress over the last few months as a result of school and examinations, personal relationships, religious doubt, feelings of isolation aswell. Some of those have resulted in me feeling strong grief/sadness and breakdowns. Not sure if it can be mental fatigue.

The best I can describe what I'm experiencing is like the equivalent of when you think about breathing or blinking and then begin to have to manually do it, except for me its understanding/processing information instead. I experience both for processing speech and writing. If I had to think of a duration for this it may be around 2 or 3 months, I would say it has developed and gotten worse from when I initially began experiencing it.

It feels like Ive became hyper aware or conscious of this process my brain does automatically and it now somewhat inconveniences or impairs day to day living for me.

Ill try to describe a specific instance of it:

My mom said to me, "My new supervisor is strict but still treats us respectably", I obviously understood what she said to me but at the same time my brain now is saying, " wait, what exactly is respect, what exactly does respect mean?". So now its like I understand what was said but at the same time I dont?

Even while typing this I had the thought, " This feels like its impairing my brain function", and immediately my thought/brain is like " what does function mean, how is it defined?"

Its like even thought I understand something on the surface level, my brain now has to go and exactly define or breakdown everything?

Another thing Ive began to experience alongside this, which Im also not sure whether its a direct effect of it is where I have this almost obsession or compulsion to now google/define words or look for their synonyms, this happens alot when Im reading.

Its hard for me to describe this and put into words so any help or recommendation or what I should do or proceed with is appreciated.
