Week long outage, again?

A few weeks ago I lost service and it took a week for someone to come swap out my fau;ty ONT. Now in Muskegon, Mi we are down again and I'm on day 2 without service - why does it take so long to fix this, and why does Giga spend the entire session trying to sell me faster fiber when they can't keep my existing connection up? Very frustrating, regretting leaving Xfinity - they were slow and terrible, but at least their support fixed outages in a few hours or less.

Last outage was 7 days, today is day 2 of my new outage

Last time I had an outage my ONT had to be replaced, I was down for 7 days before they sent a tech to replace it. Now about 2 weeks later it's down again. This time they claim it's due to a power outage, but the power company confirms the power was restored at 9:30 last night, but there's still no internet and the useless Giga agent just keeps trying to upsell me on faster fiber when they can't keep my existing gig fiber up in the first place. Is this going to be their new slogan - Frontier Fiber, go nowhere faster!?

Ugh, no service and 3 day fix time

On Friday night, my Internet started getting a little bit flaky, and then Saturday morning it just died altogether. I got on a support chat after waiting almost 35 minutes and was told there’s an outage in my area even though the app says there’s no outage in my area. I’ve got a really important work project I have to do online on Sunday and my work order ticket says they don’t estimate a fix until Wednesday afternoon. I dropped having Xfinity because of poor service like this. This is the first time I’ve had this kind of service response from frontier. So for now, I find myself sitting in my car at 4:30 in the morning at the local high school leaching off their Wi-Fi, which isn’t strong enough to do my work project well but it’s definitely better than not having Internet at home I guess.

Can't tell if I am getting lots of bots or just crazy

Over the last 3 days I keep getting into a head to head match on Tour 5 and the other player will have less than 20 trophies (total, not just this tour), will be using the default driver and the plain, unlimited ball. I'm using a level 8 Battering Ram and a Pro D1 ball, yet somehow the other person out drives me by 30-40 yards and then chips on to 1 inch from the hole on a par 5. How is that even possible?

This happens over and over until I only have about 5 trophies in that Tour, then I suddenly get players with twice trophies that will be right on the verge of a tie and then putt full force in the wrong direction and lose - this happens until I'm back up to about 20 trophies and then the magic club users come back.

I used to like this game, but this is getting overly sus and not fun.
