i just applied for postgraduate and it sent me an email for empower account. I logged in and accessed form to fill it but at the very end where they ask you to upload photos and pay, the link shows error when i click on the "pay online" option. What should I do with it?

I'm looking for good fragrances in the range of 15-20k. I don't want scent and stories ya arabian ones pls help. I like floral scents.
