Routing acrylic on a zund. Having issues when the part is almost completely cut out it’s shifts over a little causing a little nub to form on the part. We can sand this down but takes a lot of post processing.

We thought about jig to hold the parts down, since the vacuum on the bed isn’t strong enough to hold the individual parts from moving since they are small. But worry about clearance issues. We cannot stick the parts to a sacrificial since they have a protective liner that needs to stay in place.
