Just lab doing lab things. Mr Thor, 3years old.

Hi all! Mr Thor was celebrating his Bday today, and as a present I bake him a cake 🎂🤣🤣🤣 It was sooo fun to make it and he really loved it as the smallest crumb was gone completely 🤣
The base is carrot cake - just eggs, flour, pinch of baking soda and grated carrot. Layered with mashed potato + butter+sour cream + grated cheddar. On top is sour cream, grated cheddar, cooked chicken breast and prosciutto 🎩 I gave him only half of the cake as it was really rich and heavy, so will have leftovers tomorrow. There is no added sugar or salt, just things what he really loves🤗. All my family took a bite - it is actually eatable 😂 I kept it in the fridge for couple of hours, so with current heat wave in Ireland, it was chill and refreshing.
