So, I have coily/curly hair and want to grow out the top part so that it kinda covers my forehead. Now, it reaches until my eyebrows when I stretch it out, but if I dont it's like 1 or 2 inches untouched. While it's wet, the hair kinda takes the shape I want it to, but once it's dry it goes all messy again. What should I do to achieve a wet hair look and what type of haircut should I ask my barber to give me? The image shows the hair that I want but it's longer and the curls are more tight, and no skin fade
