Are there any good doctors around here at all?

We're new the area and trying to find a PCP, but our insurance healthcare finder directory mismatches our findings. The insurance directory lists a lot of doctors at various locations around here such as on Liberia Avenue or in Dale City, but we go to the website to schedule an appointment and none of the doctors actually work at the locations our insurance directory says they do. All the doctors work at other locations farther away...

For a Mid-2010 MacBook, all I need is a USB Hub for Ventura to work? Would this just be for the install or perpetually? Would I be better off downgrading to Monterey?

I tried installing Ventura on a mid-2010 MacBook and ran into some flashing outlines of Magic Mouse and I assume a keyboard or track pad? After some research online, this seems to be the USB 1.0 issue that everyone else is having. The solution of a USB Hub seems simple and easy enough. However, after I install Ventura (theoretically), would I be able to go back to using the built-in track pad and keyboard? Or would I need to continue using the USB Hub with attached mouse and keyboard after the OS upgrade? If the latter, I'll just give Monterey a try

Any landscaping services or nurseries that are native, pro-pollinator, eco-friendly pro-biodiversity rather than aesthetics or design?

We really need some privacy shrubs, bushes, understory trees (including evergreens for during winter). But we want to make sure what we're planting are host and feeder plants for bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, and more. We're looking for native plants with as much biodiversity. Our yard varies from full sun, full shade, and partly shady/sunny.

Someone recommended Meadow Farms, but we saw their consulting service has mixed reviews.
