






Returning a Scam Order
I posted yesterday about receiving a letter versus a doll I purchased. The letter says the doll is in another package and is coming a handful days later.
Customer support seems to be of no help, honestly. They keep repeating the same steps to take without acknowledging the fact that this was a scam. I’ve provided them media proof to show I didn’t receive the doll but I fear I’m going to get hit with a ‘incomplete return’ situation.
