eSim and pSim on Verizon
I have a question specifically about Verizon SIM provisioning.
I currently have a Verizon line provisioned as an eSIM on an iPhone 16. I am considering moving to an LTE only Android device as my daily, but that device only supports a physical nano SIM and has no eSIM support.
What I would like to know is whether Verizon supports provisioning a physical SIM equivalent of my existing eSIM, while leaving the eSIM available.
To clarify, the two devices will NOT active and attached simultaneously. I would only have one device powered on and attached to Verizon at any given time.
I have experience operating CBRS cells and working with LTE concepts, so I understand the difference between the SIM credentials, subscriber identity, and network registration side. I will understand advanced terminology.
Does Verizon support issuing a physical nano-SIM tied to the same line as an existing eSIM?
Has anyone done this with Verizon, especially when moving between a newer eSIM only iPhone and an LTE device that requires a physical SIM?
Thanks!
