I have a question on the sensor wires. Where do they go on the Pro HC controller? Does the black go to SEN-1? Does the red go to SEN-2 or to SEN COM?
Does anyone know if Combustion Inc is coming out with a dome gauge for the Big Green Egg (BGE) line of kamados? I saw a post or article somewhere (can't find it now) that said BGE was partnering with Combustion Inc to market a BGE branded gauge. Basically a green one. I want the gauge but I am holding off to see if the green one comes out. I think it would look better than the yellow.
