Arctic MX6 I did the 5 dots Is it normal that my Ryzen 7 7800x3D after assembling goes 60-70c?

average idle 44c-60c

I just upgraded my pc moving from Intel to AMD, here's some info you would like\

- CPU COOLER: Noctua NH-DS15 (x1 Fan)

- CPU AMD Ryzen 7 7800x3D

- MSI Tomahawk x870 wifi

- Thermal Paste Arctic MX-6

- I don't have an AC and my back always sweat a bit, I live in a mid hot country not cold, don't know if this might be the reason, but the case has like 11 fans with exhaust and take in all placed correctly.

Trying this paste for first time, my first impression was that this paste was expired or something cause is very thick and dry, but after googling, some people says it is the normal consistency of this paste.

Maybe because I still haven't changed OS from Intel to AMD is causing the CPU to overheat?

My temp idle right now is 44c which apparently is normal, i haven't tested a game, but I tested opening Zbrush and rendering a heavy project, the CPU goes 70c, is that normal? or is that too much?

So I open Brave explorer and the CPU goes from 44 to 68c 72c and then lowers to 55c and then back to 44c.

I'm asking here first because taking off that Noctua is a pain in the ss, should I put again the thermal paste or are those temp specs ok?

Thanks
